CREDITWORTHINESS:
1. If the mortgage value is 2:1 against the loan value, creditworthiness has to be in proportion 1/3 annuity/salary
2. If the mortgage value is 3:1 against the loan value, creditworthiness has to be in proportion ½ annuity/salary
- possibility of inclusion of not more than one loan applicant (close family member)
- age limit – maximum 70 years of age on the date of the loan maturity
COLLATERAL INSTRUMENTS:
draft and draft endorsement, attachment of salary*, mortgage on real estate, policy assigned in favor of the Bank
