COLLATERAL INSTRUMENTS:

• Minimum 75% cash deposit in the same currency as the loan currency with equal or longer maturity than that of the loan
• Real estate mortgage (housing and business premises already constructed or in a construction process and construction land) with 100% cash coverage of the remaining portion of the loan that is not secured by deposit
  

• deposit amount – min 75% deposit against loan amount
• Interest rate - 2.00% exceeding the interest rate on the deposit paid by the Bank
  

Repayment terms:

1/ equal monthly annuity

2/ monthly payment of the interest, and repayment of the total debt at the end of the period
