conditions

  • ½ creditworthiness (annuity/salary) for employees in PEs, JSC, other companies eligible for the Bank, DHL Macedonia and pensioners
  • creditworthiness up to 40% against the salary for employees in other private companies and for definite-time employees in Dräxlmaier, Kromberg&Schubert and Marquardt Macedonia
  • age limit – maximum 64 years of age on the loan maturity date for full-time employees, 70 for pensioners

interest rates

MKD loan - 7.50% fixed interest rate in the first year / 10.90% adjustable for the remaining period

* If the employer’s policy is to not verify attachment of salary, mandatory solemnization of the agreement with enforcement clauses is necessary.

** One guarantor may be replaced by solemnized loan agreement with enforcement clauses signed by the loan applicant if possessing property in their own name, or by another co-debtor who possesses property in their own name.

- for employees in PEs, JSCs and companies eligible for the Bank, it is not mandatory to receive the salary in STBBT, for the employees in Dräxlmaier and for others, the salary/pension must be mandatory received on a transaction account in STBBT.
