President and independent member of the Supervisory Board

Gordana Gaceva is Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws.

She has completed undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Law within the University Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje. After completing undergraduate studies, she was successfully admitted to the bar.  She has completed postgraduate studies at the University American College Skopje, at the department Corporate Law and has acquired the title Master of Laws.

After completing the formal part of the education, in the period from August 1992 to December 1993 Gordana Gaceva worked as a Labor Officer in Skovin Skopje. In the period from January 1994 to September 1999 she worked in the Basic Court Skopje 2 Skopje. Furthermore, from April 1999 to September 2004 she worked as Manager of legal department in Radobanka AD Skopje. Since October 2004 until today, Gordana Gaceva works as a partner lawyer in the law firm Trpeski and Gaceva in Skopje. 

Gordana Gaceva has been an independent member of the National Board since October 2022.

On 9.11.2023 Ms. Gordana Gaceva has been appointed as president and independent member of the Supervisory Board with decision of the Supervisory Board no. 02-15514/1/I-1.

Vice president and member of the Supervisory Board

Mr. Borislav Atanasovski is Bachelor of Economics and certified auditor and has significant professional experience in this field.

Namely, he began his work experience in 1980 in Social Accounting Office Skopje (Audit department) where he worked as senior auditor, until 1991. In the period from 1992 to 1994 he worked as a Manager in Coopers & Lybrand (current PricewaterhouseCoopers). In the period from April 1994 to 2020 he has been a partner and owner of the Company for audit, assessment and financial consulting “B I L, Boro and Ljupco” DOO Skopje.

Since January 2020 – now, Mr. Borislav Atanasovski is partner and owner of the audit firm Rasel Bedford Atanasovski DOO Skopje.

As can be seen from his short biography, Mr. Borislav Atanasovski also performed a number of functions in the previous period.

Namely, from 2003 to 2008 he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Republic of North Macedonia.

From 2009 to 2018 he has been a President of the Management Board of the Institute of Certified Auditors of Republic of North Macedonia.

In the period from 2008 to 2020 he has been an independent member of the Supurvisory Board of NLB Bank AD Skopje.

In the period from 2016 to 2021 he has been an independent member of the Audit Board of NLB Bank, Pristina, Kosovo.

Mr. Borislav Atanasovski is authorized person – president of the professional association Macedonian Association of Certified Auditors ODITOR Skopje, as well as partner/founder with 39,61% share in total equity of the audit firm Rasel Bedford Atanasovski DOO Skopje.

On 9.11.2023 Mr. Borislav Atanasovski has been appointed as vice president of the Supervisory Board with decision of the Supervisory Board no. 02-15514/1/I-2.

Stevcho Jolakoski – member of the Supervisory Board

Stevcho Jolakoski was born in Ohrid on 01.01.1979. He graduated from the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus” in Skopje in 2001, and in 2003 passed Judicial Examination. In 2008, he acquired the title Master of Science of Law at the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus Primus” in Skopje.  In 2014, he acquired the title Doctor of Science at the Faculty of Security in Skopje.

He started his career in 2001, first as an intern in the Basic Court Skopje 2 – Skopje, and then as Professional Associate with a law firm, further on he continues as lawyer in TIM DOO Skopje, and since 2006 in the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Macedonia. Currently he holds the position of Traffic Consultant.

He has been member of the Supervisory Board of Stopanska Banka a.d. Bitola since 2017.

Member of Supervisory Board

Gordana Temelkovska – Kostovska is Bachelor in Economics, Master in Economics and International Trade. She has began her professional carrier in 1992, working in the finance department at the company Marsonija Komerc Skopje.

From 1993 to 2000, Gordana Temelkovska – Kostovska initially worked as a manager of the finance department, and later as a Chief Financial Officer in RADOMAK SOO Skopje. In the period from 2000 to 2005 she worked as a Chief Financial Officer in TD Agrohemija Komerc Skopje. In the period from 2005 to 2013, she worked as a Chief Financial Officer in Adria Airways Macedonia Skopje.

Since July 2013 till now, she is a manager of the Finance and Accounting department at RULE TURS DOO Skopje.

In October 2016, Gordana Temelkovska – Kostovska has acquired a license for certified accountant, issued by the Ministry of Finance.

Gordana Temelkovska – Kostovska is member of the Bank’s Supervisory Board since April 2020.
