REPAYMENT PERIOD

• 48 months – for a loan up to MKD 120,000.00
• 60 months – for a loan over MKD 120,000.00
  

Commission for approved loan

• 1% for purpose loans
• 2% for non-purpose loans
  

• ½ creditworthiness (annuity/salary) for borrowers who receive their pension on a transaction account in STBBT or sign statement that their pension will be transferred through STBBT within 45 days, whose loans are secured by at least 1 guarantor - 1/3 creditworthiness (annuity/salary) for loan applicants in other private companies
• 1/3 creditworthiness (annuity/salary) for borrowers whose loans are secured only by draft (without guarantors)
• ½ creditworthiness (annuity/salary) for the guarantor(s)
• age limit – maximum 75 years of age on the loan maturity date for the borrowers, 70 for the guarantors
