Purpose: Financing fixed assets to small- and medium- enterprises, required for stable operations, increased income and operating profit. Up to 25% of the loan value may be used for working capital. Loan amount Depending on the loan applicant’s creditworthiness.

up to 10 years with possible 2-year grace period included 

Repayment terms:

equal monthly, quarterly or semiannual annuities, and annual annuities in exceptional cases

In line with the Bank Collateral Catalogue and Policy *

* Minimum acceptable collateral Real estate mortgage and/or movables pledge and notarized draft or solemnized credit exposure agreement with enforcement clauses

Other:

Own participation of minimum 30% of the relevant investment (evidence is to be submitted prior to the loan disbursement)

Interest rate:

In accordance with the Decision on Interest Rate Policy of the Bank adjusted to the parameters of the business plan / investment program

Fees and commissions:

One-off commission under the Fee and Commission and Service Tariff of the Bank (currently 0.5% one-off + 1% of the borrowed portion of the loan, minimum MKD 3,000, maximum MKD 180,000 for MKD loans and 1,5%  one-off,  minimum MKD 3,000, maximum MKD 500,000 for FX loans secured by real estate mortgage and movables pledge and up to 2% one-off, min MKD 3,000 for other collateral, except for deposit collateral

Prepayment loan commission:

For payments up to 20% of the principal balance on the date of payment, no commission is calculated for prepayment of the loan, for payment over 20% of the principal balance, prepayment commission  totals to 3%

Other fees and commissions:

MKD 2.000 handling costs for approved application

Loan currency:

In case of FX loans or MKD loans with FX clause, the loan is realized and collect  in compliance with the Decision on Interest Rate Policy of the Bank
