MAXIMUM AMOUNT:

by the creditworthiness of the borrower, co-borrower, in a proportion 1/2 with the monthly salary.

REPAYMENT PERIOD:

- up to 180 months;

COMMISSION – 0.10% for the total period of the Frame Limit Agreement (min MKD 5,000.00, and max MKD 100,000.00).

• ½ creditworthiness (annuity/salary).

COLLATERAL INSTRUMENTS:

attachment of salary, draft with draft endorsement, mortgage on real estate in proportion 2:1 with the frame limit amount, policy assigned in favor of the Bank or cash deposit.

* if frame/limit application is intended for housing loan/business premise purchase, maturity period may extend to 360/240 months.

** The Agreement will mandatory include revocation clause.
